Differential Voltage Analysis (DVA) is a non-invasive electrochemical voltage spectroscopy technique, used in the diagnosis of the internal state and degradation of batteries. Frequently used alongside Incremental Capacity Analysis (ICA) for estimating State of Health (SOH). Note DVA is the inverse of ICA.
Needs review: this page is a brief stub compared to its counterpart, Incremental Capacity Analysis. It would benefit from expansion covering the dV/dQ definition, how to interpret DVA peaks/troughs, sensitivity and practical limitations (e.g. C-rate, noise, filtering), and a supporting reference, mirroring the structure of the ICA page.
